WELCOME VISITORS
We welcome you to Forest Hills Presbyterian Church! We hope you experience worship as faithful and inspiring, and as relevant to your lives. We encourage you to pick up material about the church on the literature table, to the right as you leave worship. We also invite you to gather with us for refreshments and conversation, in the Fellowship Hall. Please introduce yourself to Pastor Raum, as well. If you would like to learn more about this church, gatherings (with lunch) are offered, following worship, the first Sunday of each month. The next one is June 1. Gather at the back of the sanctuary at 10:45. The gatherings go to 12:30. Thanks for worshiping with us, and please, come again!

MISSION/SERVICE

SAVE THE DATE FOR FESTIVAL
Festival of the Arts will be held in downtown Grand Rapids this year from June 6 to June 8. The FHPC food booth is the primary fundraiser for the Church’s mission programs. While the planning process is already far along, the need for volunteers will start in early June with the baking of cookies for sale at Festival. Over 100 volunteer shifts will be necessary for the Church’s participation in Festival. Please clear your calendar, as best you can, to help make this event a success. Volunteer sign-ups will be available after services starting in mid-May. If you have any questions, please call Tom Sullivan at 682-0434.

SUPPORT THE YOUTH SUMMER MISSION TRIP—EAT SWEETS!
Today, May 11, the Senior High Youth Group will be selling yummy treats from the Cosmic Candy Company to raise money for this summer’s mission trip to Milwaukee, WI. Yummy treats include Fudge-Dipped Apples, Flavored Popcorn, Cinnamon Roasted Nuts, Pop Baskets and Chocolate Bouquets. (Husbands and Children: the Chocolate Bouquets make a great Mother’s Day gift!) If you know you won’t be in church on those Sundays, see Jason or a Sr. High youth to place your order.   The Youth Group and the folks in Milwaukee thank you for your support.
