  • Claire Garant, granddaughter of Tom and Kathy Sullivan, diagnosed with rare Philly+ Leukemia. Her treatment will continue for the next 2-3 years. Also, for Claire's parents, siblings, and grandparents, as the entire family navigates changes as a result of the care plan set in place.   • ​Sandie Suarez's daughter, Deborah Traeger. Deb is on the kidney transplant list and needs to be in good health until a donor is found.
