Christian Mindfulness Workshop

This a 4 week commitment to the following dates:
December 09, 16, 23 and Jan 06 and the capability to access Zoom.

These workshop sessions will be led by Dr. Irene Kraegel, author of The Mindful Christian: Cultivating a Life of Intentionality, Openness and Faith and Director of the Center for Counseling and Wellness at Calvin University.

Come join her, and others from FHPC, for a 4 week journey through mindfulness- the practice of paying attention to the present moment with intentionality, and doing so with an attitude of openness, curiosity, and nonjudgmental observation that keeps us open-handed to God's gifts of healing & transformation.

This workshop is great for all people ages high school and older! Please register below for the limited number of spaces that are available for this great opportunity!
