Pastor Jim is organizing another tour to Oberammergau, Germany to witness the famous Passion Play in 2020.
Once a decade since 1634 the eyes of the world are drawn to the charming Bavarian village of Oberammergau when nearly half the town’s 5,200 residents stage the moving and internationally acclaimed PASSION PLAY, a reenactment of the final days of Jesus and a celebration of God sparing the region from the ravages of the Black Plague. Pastor Jim took 25 people on tour in 2010 and it changed the lives of everyone who participated. It is truly a magnificent production with over 400 in the cast. Why do we have to sign up so early??? Well, the Passion Play sells out more than a year in advance and we need to purchase our tickets to secure a great seat. Some of the other sites we will see will include Zurich, St. Maritz, Innsbruck and Lucerne.
